We do not intentionally store complete payment card numbers or card security codes on our own website systems.
For your security, please do not send complete card numbers, card security codes, passwords, or other sensitive payment credentials to us by email, phone, or other customer-service channels.
Billing Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete billing, contact, and other information required to process an order.
If a payment is declined or cannot be authorized, please verify the information entered during checkout or contact your card issuer or payment provider.
We may delay, review, or cancel an order when payment cannot be successfully authorized or when our security and fraud-prevention procedures identify a material risk.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, any amount properly due will be returned in accordance with the applicable payment and refund procedures.
Payment Authorization
Submitting payment information does not guarantee that a transaction will be approved.
The applicable payment provider or card issuer may perform authorization, verification, fraud screening, or other security checks before approving a transaction.
An authorization hold placed by a card issuer is not necessarily a completed charge. The timing for releasing an authorization hold is controlled by the applicable financial institution or payment provider.
Taxes
Applicable sales taxes and other legally required charges are collected at checkout when required by applicable law.
The final amount payable, including applicable taxes, will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the applicable return has been received, reviewed, and approved in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Once a refund has been issued, your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional processing time before the credit appears in your account.
Please generally allow 5–10 business days after the refund is issued for the credit to appear. Actual posting times may vary.
