We offer a 30-day return and exchange period for eligible items.
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days after the item is delivered. For an eligible change-of-mind return, you do not need to provide a specific reason.

Return Authorization and Shipping

After your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return shipping label or another return arrangement at no additional shipping cost.
We cover the applicable return shipping cost for approved eligible change-of-mind returns and exchanges.
We also cover return shipping for confirmed issues involving products that arrive:

Please do not send an item to our business address or another destination without first receiving return instructions from us. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted or may experience processing delays.
Return Condition
Please return the item safely with its included components, accessories, and original packaging when reasonably possible.
You may inspect an item in a manner reasonably similar to how you would inspect it in a physical store. However, you may remain responsible for damage caused by handling that goes beyond what is reasonably necessary to evaluate the item.
These conditions do not limit any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived or restricted.
Items Excluded from Change-of-Mind Returns
The following items are generally not eligible for discretionary change-of-mind returns:

Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Incomplete Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
Please provide your order information and, where appropriate, photographs or other information that may help us evaluate the issue.
For confirmed product or fulfillment issues, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund.
Applicable return shipping costs for confirmed quality or fulfillment issues will be covered by us.
Exchanges
For an approved exchange, we will arrange the replacement after the returned item has been received and reviewed, subject to product availability.
If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may provide an appropriate refund or another available resolution.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will review the item and determine whether the refund requirements have been satisfied.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Once the refund has been issued, your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account. Please generally allow 5–10 business days after the refund is issued for the credit to appear.
